Counselling sessions are completely free, and there is no limit to amount of sessions. There is no minimum criteria or threshold required to access our counselling services. Sessions are one hour, and can be weekly or fortnightly, in person or online.
All of our current students work from a pluralistic approach, which means they combine a range of modalities, approaches and skills, allowing the counselling to be completely individual to the clients needs and wishes.
Our team of student counsellors come from a range of backgrounds and can offer a confidential, supportive and empowering environment allowing service users to explore a range of issues. All of our student counsellors are registered with the BACP, are fully insured and have completed the necessary training and exams to allow them to practice.
